Medium format CNC milling machine highly productive and effective. With ball screws in all 3 axis it is able to perform high precision cutting and engraving. Its dimensions make it perfect for small spaces but where a high-quality milling machine is needed for the machining of medium-sized parts without losing the benefits of larger models. A milling cutter cooler can be installed for mechanizing metals (for example, aluminium moulds). A machine with great capabilities which we can also customize to adapt it to specific needs. Carpentry, engravings, prototypes, moulds, labels, jewellery, medals, etc. With the appropriate milling cutter for wood, plastic… there won’t be anything you can’t mill.

Example of manufacturing with special measures:
An automatic changeover system for 4 tools was incorporated into this model SW9015. This allows speeding up the machining processes by eliminating the need to change the milling cutters during the process, thus shortening production times. Its control system allows to perform a large number of operations in a simple way. In addition, its cutter probe system allows automatic calibration of the cutters. It also includes a system to easily tighten the cutters in the cutter holder.

With our automatic tool change systems, milling jobs will be much faster and more efficient, avoiding the need to change milling cutters during machining operations. This system allows to create the designs with the tools already defined. It can be installed on the milling spindle itself or by means of a rear system that allows to have a large number of different tools ready.

Incorporated at the rear of the milling machine: This automatic tool change allows to have from 4 tools ready. The change between them is automatic during machining. It eliminates the need for manual tool change during machining.

Installed on the spindle of the milling machine: This system allows switching between the different tools on the spindle.
Rotary Z axis / 4th rotary axis – CNC Lathe. Thanks to these axes, it is possible to manufacture much more complex parts, we have several possible configurations of this system, the first one is with electrospindle rotation on the Z axis, the other is the installation of a 4th rotary axis / lathe either as a complement on the milling machine table or incorporated into the machine structure itself.
Rotary Electrospindle

It is possible to install the interpolated rotary Z axis, to be able to work in the range of -90º to 90º, allowing to machine 3D parts of great geometric complexity in that range of 180º.
An extremely useful option in industrial environments that require more complete machining systems with higher CNC machining performance.
Milling Machine - Lathe

It is possible to custom manufacture a machining lathe, which allows to work on a block of material in 360 degrees, allowing to machine 3D parts of great geometric complexity in the range of 360º.
Built-in Lathe

Built into the milling machine structure: In this case, the working area of the fourth axis is 500 mm diameter x 2,000 mm long. Being an additional element installed outside the useful surface of the worktable, it does not modify the height of the Z axis of the milling machine, which would still be 200 mm.
Lathe

Installed on the table surface: In this case, the working area of the fourth axis is 200 mm. diameter x 600 mm. long and the Z axis of the milling machine is increased from 200 mm. to 250 mm.
This accessory for CNC routers performs perfect cuts in materials that must be cut with a knife because they cannot be cut with routers, such as: cardboard, corrugated cardboard, paper, featherboard, rubber, balsa wood, wood veneer, rubber, honeycomb… There is the possibility of installing a folding wheel for cardboard folding.
Oscillating Knife

Oscillating cutting blade up to 45 mm. It has a protective sheath to avoid accidents and cuts.
V-Cutting Blade

It allows to make angle cuts in different degrees, 30º, 45º, 60º…
Folding Wheel

Allows folding lines to be made on different materials such as cardboard.


The OPOS system is a CCD camera optical tracking system for automatic die cutting, which allows the creation of optimal and precise trajectories. This system makes the machine able to see and cut a drawing (shapes, logos, shields, etc.).
The OPOS system installed together with our oscillating cutting blade, creates a much more complete and versatile tool, allowing to expand the offer of a workshop dedicated to signage, signage, textile marking, graphic arts…

CNC Milling Cutter Cooler

This accessory is necessary when cutting and engraving materials such as metals, aluminum… to avoid the breakage of the milling cutter due to heating during machining. It is possible to use it only for air cooling, without micro-fogging, or also with a mixture of air and liquid, adjustable at will and easy to position in the right place. Its use and maintenance is simple and easy.
Chip Extractor
