The Management \/ Governing Body of CNC-B\u00e1rcenas-Bell\u00f3n S.L.<\/strong> (hereinafter, the data controller) assumes the highest responsibility and commitment to the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of this Data Protection Policy<\/strong>, ensuring the continuous improvement of the data controller with the objective of achieving excellence in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119\/1, 04-05-2016), and Spanish personal data protection regulations (Organic Law, specific sector legislation, and its development rules).<\/p>

The Data Protection Policy<\/strong> of CNC-B\u00e1rcenas-Bell\u00f3n S.L. is based on the principle of proactive responsibility, according to which the data controller is responsible for complying with the regulatory and case law framework governing this Policy and is able to demonstrate it before the competent supervisory authorities.<\/p>

In this regard, the data controller will adhere to the following principles, which should serve all its staff as guidance and a reference framework in the processing of personal data:<\/p>

Data protection by design<\/strong>: The data controller will apply, both at the time of determining the processing means and during the processing itself, appropriate technical and organizational measures, such as pseudonymization, designed to effectively implement the data protection principles, such as data minimization, and integrate the necessary safeguards in the processing.<\/p><\/li>

  2. Data protection by default<\/strong>: The data controller will apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that, by default, only personal data necessary for each specific purpose of the processing are processed.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Data protection throughout the information lifecycle<\/strong>: Measures that ensure the protection of personal data will be applied during the entire information lifecycle.<\/p><\/li>

  4. Lawfulness, fairness, and transparency<\/strong>: Personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject.<\/p><\/li>

  5. Purpose limitation<\/strong>: Personal data will be collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes and will not be further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes.<\/p><\/li>

  6. Data minimization<\/strong>: Personal data will be adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.<\/p><\/li>

  7. Accuracy<\/strong>: Personal data will be accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; all reasonable measures will be taken to erase or rectify without delay inaccurate personal data in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.<\/p><\/li>

  8. Storage limitation<\/strong>: Personal data will be kept in a form that permits identification of data subjects for no longer than necessary for the purposes of the processing of personal data.<\/p><\/li>

  9. Integrity and confidentiality<\/strong>: Personal data will be processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage, through the application of appropriate technical or organizational measures.<\/p><\/li>

  10. Information and training<\/strong>: One key aspect of ensuring personal data protection is the training and information provided to staff involved in data processing. Throughout the information lifecycle, all personnel with access to the data will be properly trained and informed about their obligations regarding compliance with data protection regulations.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    The Data Protection Policy<\/strong> of CNC-B\u00e1rcenas-Bell\u00f3n S.L. is communicated to all personnel of the data controller and made available to all interested parties.<\/p>

    Consequently, this Data Protection Policy<\/strong> involves all personnel of the data controller, who must know and assume it as their own, with each member responsible for applying it and verifying the applicable data protection standards in their activity, as well as identifying and proposing improvement opportunities to achieve excellence in compliance.<\/p>

    This Policy will be reviewed by the Management \/ Governing Body of CNC-B\u00e1rcenas-Bell\u00f3n S.L. as often as necessary, to ensure compliance with the provisions in force regarding personal data protection at all times.<\/p>
