GENERAL CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY, REPAIRS AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT<\/strong> THESE TERMS APPLY TO ALL EQUIPMENT MARKETED FROM JANUARY 1, 2011, FOR END CUSTOMERS OF CNC B\u00c1RCENAS BELL\u00d3N S.L. CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASE THEIR EQUIPMENT THROUGH A DISTRIBUTOR MUST CONTACT THEM TO KNOW THE TERMS OF THEIR WARRANTY AND SUPPORT.<\/p>

WHEN AGREED WITH THE CUSTOMER, THESE GENERAL CONDITIONS MAY BE MODIFIED IN SPECIFIC CONTRACTS.<\/p>

WARRANTY<\/strong><\/p>

CNC B\u00c1RCENAS BELL\u00d3N S.L. guarantees that the equipment is delivered free of defects. The warranty is only applicable when the equipment is used under the conditions described in the documentation provided to the customer. The equipment will be considered accepted from its first use.<\/p>

The warranty period begins when the customer signs the \u201cWarranty Certificate\u201d delivered with the equipment, and will be one (1) year for parts with manufacturing defects and three (3) months for wear parts.<\/p>

The type of warranty is RBE (Repair By Exchange). It does not include labor or travel expenses.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

REPAIRS<\/strong><\/p>

To replace a warranty-covered part, the part must first be received at CNC-BARCENAS facilities for verification and approval, repair, or replacement with a new one.<\/p>

If the material works correctly or the malfunction is not covered by the warranty, the cost of verification and transportation expenses will be borne by the customer. If a repair is necessary due to the failure of non-original parts, damage from improper use, or external causes, CNC-BARCENAS reserves the right to return the part without repair. If you decide to proceed with the repair, CNC-BARCENAS will request authorization to apply additional costs to complete the repair, even if the product is covered by the warranty.<\/p>

Any spare part provided for the equipment will only be guaranteed for the remaining period of the original warranty.<\/p>

SUPPORT<\/strong><\/p>

If the customer believes that the equipment does not comply with the warranty, they must report it through the support hotline: soporte@cncbarcenas.com<\/a><\/p>

Any dispute arising from these conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain and under the jurisdiction of the courts of Valdepe\u00f1as (Ciudad Real), Spain.<\/p>
