On June 19, at the Royal Palace of Madrid, Their Majesties the Kings accompanied by Their Royal Highnesses the Princess of Asturias and the Infanta Doña Sofía, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the proclamation of His Majesty the King, carried out the imposition of the decorations of the Order of Civil Merit, as recognition by the Crown to those who carry out their life and ordinary professional work in an exemplary manner, at the service of society.
Our technical director, Francisco Bárcenas, received the civil merit award for our contribution to today’s society, as an example to follow for all Spaniards.
This award recognizes our exemplary contribution to technological development, and specifically, to the field of large format 3D printing, which began in 2014 when we designed and manufactured our first 3D printer, Discovery 3D Printer.
Constant work, research and development have made our 3D printers a reference not only nationally, but also internationally, with a multitude of systems installed in countries such as Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Finland and Holland, among others.
From CNC Bárcenas and our 3D printing division, Discovery 3D Printer, we want to express our deep gratitude for this recognition to their Majesties the Kings of Spain.
