USEFUL DIMENSIONS (XYZ): 1600x2500x50mm (customisable).
Customisable modular system. Available modules: cutting with electric oscillating blade (cardboard, etc.), cutting with pneumatic oscillating blade (thicker materials), cutting with special circular blade for fabric rolls, carbon fibre and fibreglass, tangential cutting with adjustable V-blade for bevelling at different angles (0º – 15º – 22.5º – 30º – 45º – 60º), folding wheel for cardboard, marker pen marking, milling, punching.
Table types:
- Fixed table with 4 mm thick martyr mat.
- Table with automated feed via servomotors.
Vacuum system divided into zones with automated activation. High-power vacuum turbine (9kW).
Numerical control: RDSystem VCutWorks with touch screen and Ethernet. Original software with perpetual licence and updates.
Drive motors: PANASONIC servo motors on all axes.
Transmission system: XY axes: ground helical racks. Z axis: calibrated ball screw.
Guiding system: HIWIN brand ball recirculating linear guide blocks. 2 linear guides per-axis, with 2 blocks per guide.
Infrared safety sensors on both sides of the cutting head.
Differential for electrical component protection.
