What types of metals can the fiber laser cutter cut?

This machine is designed to cut a wide variety of metals with high quality and speed. It is capable of working on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper, among others, ensuring precise and clean finishes thanks to its fiber technology.

The standard model offers a working area of 1500 x 3000 x 50 mm, equipped with a 3000 W fiber laser power. It includes 1300 W Delta servomotors, dual motors on the Y-axis, and a 25 mm rack and pinion transmission system, all controlled by the CYPcut Control System 2000.

The Hybrid Laser system is an option that allows an additional CO2 laser head to be incorporated into the fiber equipment. This makes the machine a much more versatile tool capable of cutting not only metals, but also non-metallic materials such as wood, plastics (methacrylate), and MDF, combining the best of both technologies in a single piece of equipment.

With the 3000 W configuration, the machine can cut stainless steel from 1 to 8 mm, carbon steel from 1 to 18 mm (reaching speeds of 2.7 m/min at 6 mm), aluminum from 1 to 4 mm, and copper from 1 to 5 mm. For the hybrid model (with 1500 W fiber), it cuts carbon steel up to 8 mm and stainless steel up to 5 mm.

Yes, the cutter is delivered fully equipped for immediate operation. It includes an industrial refrigerator for temperature control, a membrane compressor for blowing on the material, and a laser pointer to facilitate accurate initial positioning before cutting.
