CNC BARCENAS, dedicated to the design, manufacture and assembly of numerical control machinery. Currently, it supplies the entire Spanish market with high-quality CNC equipment. It responds to all types of demands in CNC technology, covering all fields and all possible features. It is the only company that perfectly integrates the 4th axis (rotation axis) into its machines, providing maximum quality and precision.
It uses the best existing manufacturing materials, ensuring maximum quality and finish in the products. It offers a comprehensive service: in addition to providing the machine, it offers advice and technical service, spare parts and the supply of milling tools.
It offers a warranty on all products, and in the event of a malfunction or breakage, it addresses these issues. The machines are fully legal and have the necessary certifications, including the CE certificate, which confirms that the machines comply with all relevant EU directives.
CNC BARCENAS establishes a Quality Management System whose goal is the implementation of its requirements, the planning and management of processes, thus achieving the highest levels of quality. This allows us to achieve better efficiency results and the establishment and review of objectives for continuous improvement.
Top Management will ensure that all activities, products and services are developed within the framework established in this Policy, considering quality as a factor that must be present throughout all company activities and is the responsibility of each and every one of its employees.
The main objective of CNC BARCENAS’ Quality Policy is to satisfy the explicit and implicit needs agreed upon with its customers, offering a permanent, timely and effective service. To do so, it will guarantee the physical and human resources necessary to achieve these objectives, providing the Company with a properly qualified and trained human team, sufficiently large. This work team will have at its disposal the physical means and work tools necessary to carry out the respective activities and fully develop its potential. The Managing Director is ultimately responsible for evaluating the physical needs mentioned.
