This model adds an oscillating blade cutting system to the head. Its combination of an electrospindle and oscillating cutting blade for soft materials creates a very complete and versatile machine. It shares the rest of the features of the base SW1325V model.

Milling machine with 90° motor. A specially designed milling machine capable of milling the sides of workpieces without moving it from the table surface. This allows for processing, for example, the sides of doors or other special designs. A special development that allows for different workpiece processing. This milling machine with a 90° motor is a great solution for special work needs.

With our automatic tool change systems, milling jobs will be much faster and more efficient, avoiding the need to change tool during machining. This system allows designs to be created with predefined tools using a linear system that allows a large number of different tools to be ready.

Rotary Z axis / 4th rotary axis – CNC Lathe. Thanks to these axes, it is possible to manufacture much more complex parts, we have several possible configurations of this system, the first one is with electrospindle rotation on the Z axis, the other is the installation of a 4th rotary axis / lathe either as a complement on the milling machine table or incorporated into the machine structure itself.

It is possible to install the interpolated rotary Z axis, to be able to work in the range of -90º to 90º, allowing to machine 3D parts of great geometric complexity in that range of 180º.

An extremely useful option in industrial environments that require more complete machining systems with higher CNC machining performance.

Milling Machine – Lathe

It is possible to custom manufacture a machining lathe, which allows to work on a block of material in 360 degrees, allowing to machine 3D parts of great geometric complexity in the range of 360º.

Built into the milling machine structure: In this case, the working area of the fourth axis is 500 mm diameter x 2,000 mm long. Being an additional element installed outside the useful surface of the worktable, it does not modify the height of the Z axis of the milling machine, which would still be 200 mm.

Lathe

Installed on the table surface: In this case, the working area of the fourth axis is 200 mm. diameter x 600 mm. long and the Z axis of the milling machine is increased from 200 mm. to 250 mm.

What is the difference between a 3-axis and a 4-axis CNC milling machine?

3-axis CNC milling machines move along the X, Y, and Z axes, allowing for flat cutting and engraving, as well as 3D reliefs along these three axes. 4-axis
machines incorporate an additional rotation axis, either on the Z axis or on a lathe, allowing lateral surfaces to be machined within a range of -90°/90° without having to manually reposition the part. In the case of the lathe, 3D figures can be machined at 360°.

When is it better to choose a 4-axis machine instead of a 3-axis machine?

When your production or design includes more complex geometries, lateral surfaces, engravings around cylinders or rotating objects, or when you don’t want to waste time repositioning the part.

If your work is mostly flat or with simple reliefs, a 3-axis machine may be sufficient and more economical.
